Instructions:

In a bowl, mix together the ranch dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth until well combined.
Place a layer of sliced potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot.
Lay the seasoned pork chops on top of the potatoes.

Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the pork chops are tender and the potatoes are cooked through.
Optional: About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Once the pork chops and potatoes are cooked, garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
